At the Presidential elections in Azerbaijan on October 15th 2003, Pakflatt supplied 7,500 high security, transparent ballot boxes for the polling stations and 5,000 mobile ballot boxes for voters who could not attend polling stations.

Azerbaijan citizens resident in Moscow and St. Petersburg were also
able to vote locally using our ballot boxes. Transport to Azerbaijan was made cost efective because of the unique stackable design of Pakflatt's innovative ballot box.
 
The boxes were packed six to a box and the mobile ballot boxes were
packed flat on pallets and then assembled on site in Baku.
