allows visually impaired and partially sighted
(VIPS) the opportunity to mark their ballot paper
without the need for assistance from a Presiding
Officer or any companion. Pakflatt now has a
version for every conceivable election type
whether it be Parliamentary, Local Government,
1st & 2nd Choice for Mayor or Referendum.
